Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We power hundreds of companies in verticals like marketing, on-demand economy, real-estate and software.  We're looking for a rockstar SDR to help drive and build our growth. If you are excited about coming in and building from the ground up - this will be an exciting opportunity. You will gain experience interacting with clients of all levels and across a broad geographical area. 

You’ll have an immediate impact on our revenue growth as we continue to build our B2B SaaS business. The primary responsibility of the SDR is to engage with both inbound and outbound leads, communicating the Upcall value proposition and closing qualified opportunities. This is an exceptional opportunity for a self starter with sales experience that is looking to expand their sales career in tech and a startup environment. 

 

Your Primary Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the value of Upcall through email and phone communication.

  • Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries regarding Upcall services

  • Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world class experience
  • Reach out to new prospects. Find ways to creatively reach decision makers at target accounts, using state-of-the-art prospecting tools and (and social if you are so inclined!)
  • Partner with our experienced Customer Success Manager to help fill their pipeline and and educate them on details of opportunities
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in Upcall services
  • Establish and maintain qualified opportunity pipeline that meets or exceeds sales targets
  • Manage activities in CRM and Email tools (experience with automation tools a big plus)
  • Conduct high level discovery calls with senior executives
  • Manage your time effectively and collaborate with others

Who you are

  • You’re authentically you; an ambitious self-starter, with a proven track record of delivering results. You thrive in a collaborative, energetic environment.
  • Eager to take on more responsibility- you would be one of our first SDRs 
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding measurable goals in your previous roles and/or personal pursuits
  • Experience with CRM and carrying a quota
  • Positive and energetic personality, excellent listening skills, professional presentation
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Development, Lead Generation, and/or Marketing, B2B experience preferred but not required
